Over the past 5 years, Ryan Smith has been experimenting with innovative techniques to generate new business, specifically for those working in the real estate industry. Ryan enjoys sharing what he has learned with other business owners, especially on the use of social media and the internet strategies to grow their careers. He loves to see others develop their own creative ideas to strengthen their business.

Ryan found his passion for training and technology when he volunteered to teach the “Tech Tuesday” classes at his office. This one act spun off into a full fledged mission to teach, train and consult other business owners.

Outside of work Ryan can be found giving his time to the amazing organization of JCI Canada. In a short time, Ryan worked his way up from a general member of JCI Durham to Chapter President. Not being satisfied with just being a chapter president, he decided to take on the role of Regional President and also sits on the National Board Of Directors for JCI Canada. Volunteering in the community has always been a passion of Ryan’s and is something he feels plays a key role in his success.
